This the seventh ship to carry the name HMS Blanche was a wooden screw sloop.

Built at Chatham Dockyard, launched 17-Aug-1867, 212ft long, 36ft wide, of 1,268 tons builders measurement and displacing 1,760 tons. Armed with 2 x 7in and 4 x 64pdr guns.

Sold Sep-1886.
