HMS Valentine (1943) DD  (3rd)

This the third ship to carry the name HMS Valentine was a V Class (1943), destroyer.

Built by John Brown on the Clyde, laid down 08-Oct-1942, launched 02-Sep-1943, and commissioned 28-Feb-1944.

On commissioning was transferred to the Royal Canadian Navy and renamed Algonquin.

Broken up at Halifax 1952.
