HMS Prometheus (1901) CC  (3rd)

     
This the third ship to carry the name HMS Prometheus was a 3rd Class, protected cruiser.

Built by Earle of Hull, laid down 1897, launched 20-Oct-1898 and completed 1901.

On completion served with the Channel Fleet 1901-04, then the Australia Station 1904-12 with a detachment to China 1912.

Sold 1914.
