This the seventh ship to carry the name HMS Pearl was a fifth rate, 32-gun, ship.

Built at Chatham Dockyard, launched 27-Mar-1762, 125ft long, 35ft 6in wide and of 683 tons builders measurement.

Renamed HMS Prothee and used as a receiving ship 19-Mar-1825.

Sold 04-Jan-1832.

Won the Battle Honours: Chesapeake 1781, 'Santa Monica' 1779 and Egypt 1801.
