HMS Orwell (1985) MS (4th) |

This the fourth ship to carry the name HMS Orwell was a minesweeper. Built by Richards of Great Yarmouth, launched 07-Feb-1985, 156ft 3in long, 34ft 6in wide, and displacing 890 tons. Transferred to the Guyana Coastguard 22-Jun-2001 and renamed Essequibo.
