HMS Norman (1941) DD  (2nd)

    
This the second ship to carry the name HMS Norman was an N Class, destroyer.

Built by Thornycroft, laid down 27-Jul-1939, launched 30-Oct-1940, and commissioned 29-Sep-1941.

On commissioning was manned by the Royal Australian Navy.

Returned to the Royal Navy Sep-1946.

Arrived 01-Apr-1958 at Cashmore of Newport for breaking up.

Won the Battle Honours: Burma 1944-45, East Indies 1944 and Okinawa 1945.
