HMS Kingston (1814) (2nd)

This the second ship to carry the name HMS Kingston was a fourth
rate, 56-gun, ship. Originally HMS Prince Regent, used for service on the Canadian Lakes. Built at Kingston, Ontario, launched 15-Apr-1814, 161ft long, 43ft wide and of 1,294 tons builders measurement. Armed with 6 x 68pdr carronades, 22 x 32pdr carronades and 32 x 24pdr guns. Renamed HMS Kingston, 09-Dec-1814. Sold Jan-1832.
