This the first ship to carry the name HMS Immortalite was a fifth rate, 42-gun, ship.

Originally French, captured 20-Oct-1798 by HMS Fisgard off Brest. 145ft long, 39ft wide and of 1,010 tons builders measurement.

Broken up Jul-1806.
