This the third ship to carry the name HMS Hawke was an 8-gun,
fireship. Built by Fream of Wapping, launched 17-Apr-1690, 94ft 6in long, 25ft wide and of 259 tons builders measurement. Sunk as as foundation at Plymouth 1712.
