This the second ship to carry the name HMS Enterprise was a fifth rate, 44-gun, ship.

Built by Lock, of Plymouth, launched 24-Apr-1709, 118ft long, 32ft wide and of 531 tons builders measurement (bm).

Underwent 'Great Repair' at Chatham 1718, as 700 tons bm.

Hulked Sep-1745.

Sold 04-Apr-1749.
