This the third ship to carry the name HMS Crane was a 4-gun, schooner.

Built by Custance of Yarmouth, launched 26-Apr-1806, 56ft long, 18ft 6in wide and of 80 tons builders measurement. Armed with 4 x 12pdr carronades.

Wrecked 26-Oct-1808 at West Hoe.
