This the fifth ship to carry the name HMS Comus was a Co
Class, destroyer. Built by Thornycroft, laid down 21-Aug-1943, launched 14-Mar-1945, and commissioned 06-Jul-1946. Arrived at Newport for breaking up 12-Nov-1958. Won the Battle Honour: Korea 1950-53.
