HMS Carron (1855) (3rd)

This the third ship to carry the name HMS Carron was a mortar
vessel. Built by Wigram of Blackwall, launched 28-Apr-1855, and of 160tons builders measurement. Renamed MV17 on 19-Oct-1855, and hulked Jul-1866. Broken up at Devonport Nov-1884. Won the Battle Honour: Baltic 1855.
