3rd Rate 70-gun 

    
This the first ship to carry the name HMS Buckingham was a third rate, 70-gun ship-of-the-line. Originally HMS Revenge and renamed 16-Jun-1711

Built by Miller of Deptford, launched 1699, 150ft long, 40ft 6in wide and of 1,065 tons builders measurement.

Reduced to a hulk Feb-1727.

Sunk May-1745.
