Wooden Screw Sloop 14-gun

    
This the fourth ship to carry the name HMS Brisk was a 14-gun, wooden screw sloop.

Built at Woolwich Dockyard, launched 02-Jun-1851, 190ft 6in long, 35ft wide and of 1,087 tons builders measurement. Armed with 2 x 68pdr and 12 x 32pdr guns.

Sold 31-Jan-1870.

Won the Battle Honour: New Zealand 1865.
