This the second ship to carry the name HMS Murray was a Type 14 Blackwood Class, frigate.

Built by Stephen, laid down 30-Nov-1957, launched 25-Feb-1955, commissioned 05-June-1956, 300ft long, 33ft wide and displacing 1,180 tons.

Sold 14-Aug-1970 and broken up at Dalmuir.
