This the first ship to carry the name HMS Exploit was a P2000
Class, fast patrol boat. Built by Watercraft, completed Aug-1988 for the Royal Naval Auxiliary Service as Loyal Exploit. Assigned as the Birmingham University, University Royal Navy Unit 1994 when the Auxiliary Service was disbanded and renamed HMS Exploit. In service Apr-2008.
