HMS Europa (1899) CC  (6th)

     
This the sixth ship to carry the name HMS Europa was a

Built by Thomson of Clydebank, laid down 10-jan-1896, launched 20-Mar-1897 and completed 23-Nov=1899.

On completion was used for trooping duty to Australia 1899-1900. Went into reserve 1900-11. Joined the 3rd Fleet 1912-14. Then Flagship 9th Cruiser Squadron Mid-Atlantic 1914-15.

Moved to the Mediterranean as Flagship at Mudros 1915-19.

Sold at Malta 1920.
