This the fourth ship to carry the name HMS Concord was a Co Class, destroyer.

Built by Thornycroft, laid down 18-Nov-1943, launched 14-May-1945 as HMS Corso, renamed HMS Concord, Jun-1946 and commissioned 20-Dec-1946.

Arrived at Inverkeithing 22-Oct-1962 for breaking up.

Won the Battle Honour: Korea 1950-53.
