This the only ship to carry the name HMS Cheviot was a Ch Class, destroyer.

Built by Stephen, laid down 27-Apr-1943, launched 02-May-1944, and commissioned 11-Dec-1945.

Arrived at Inverkeithing 22-Oct-1962 for breaking up.
