This the fourth ship to carry the name HMS Charity was a Ch Class, destroyer.

Built by Thornycroft, laid down 09-Jul-1943, launched 30-Nov-1944, and commissioned 19-Nov-1945.

Sold to the Pakistani navy 16-Dec-1958 and renamed Shah Jehan.

Sunk 04-Dec-1971 off Karachi.

Won the Battle Honour: Korea 1950-53.
